Connecting the computer suite to the internet

Work is under way to network the Institute’s computers and connect them to the internet.

Cabling, connectivity equipment and a properly organised network will make digital resources easier to share. Pupils and teachers will be able to enrich lessons, carry out research and develop skills that are now essential for further study and employment.

Reconstruction en cours de l’ancienne chapelle qui accueillait les novices

Bringing the former chapel back to life

The building once housed the congregation’s novices. Its roof collapsed following a blast connected with mineral extraction in the surrounding area.

Reconstruction is now under way with funding from the World Bank. The work will preserve this place of remembrance and give it a lasting purpose within the Institute.
